Fluidic Systems Linear Displacement Pumps (LDPs)

The patented LDP system provides smooth, continuous, and virtually pulse-free positive displacement output. System flow rates range from 2 cc/min to over a gal/min with pressures up to 3,000 psi . The LDPs meter differential viscosities of water to non-flow abrasive compounds. Variable system mix ratios range between 1:1 to 100:1. Two and three fluid axis metering is standard. Four or more component metering is available. Wetted components of the metering system are stainless steel, polyethylene (UHMWPE), and Teflon providing universal chemical compatibility for all types of fluids. The LDPs function without pistons, gear meters, and check valves.
