Catalyst Injector Valve Rebuilding Procedures

NOTE:
A Line Flush should be done prior to rebuilding the Injector Valve.
It is not necessary to remove the Mix Manifold assembly. It is removed in photo Figs below for illustration purposes only.

Remove Cup Holder with a 3/16 hex wrench to remove ¼-28x½” SHCS.

Inspect the Injector Hose and Check Valve for any obstructions. Clean solvent (not water) or air can be used for testing. Make sure the Check Valve does not leak when back flow pressurized. If the check valve does not seal, take it apart and clean out the contaminants, reassemble, and retest.

NOTE 1:
When reinstalling the Check Valve, make sure the flow arrow is pointing towards the injector valve.
NOTE 2:
If the Hose is plugged with cured catalyst, also check the Manifold Block, Fittings, and Ratio Check Valve for obstructions.

Remove the Injector Valve from the Mix Head using a 5/32 hex wrench
(special short wrench supplied with the Seal Kit) to remove 4 x 10-24 x 3” SHCS.
