Fluidic Systems PK2 & PK3 Component Metering/Mixing Systems are engineered for on demand processing of plural component thermosetting resins. Material applications include Paint Coatings, Adhesive/Sealants, and Potting/Encapsulating for the Electric/Electronic, General Industrial, Automotive, and Aerospace Industries.

The Fluidic systems are a new departure from conventional pneumatic and electro/mechanical metering systems. Fluidic utilizes computerized motion controls (similar to robotic controls and drives) coupled with Fluidic’s patented Linear Displacement Pump (LDP) system. This integration of closed loop servo drives with PLC controls and Fluidic’s robust positive displacement LDP metering system imparts accuracy and reliability to a fluid dispensing system. The variable ratio LDP system provides continuous flow at precision rates, pressures up to 3,000 psi, and meters differential viscosities from water to non-flow abrasive compounds. Control functions are simple utilizing touch screen controls that are intuitively easy to operate and require no programming skills.

Fluidic’s advanced electronic control and fluid metering system is sophisticated yet engineered simplistically to operate with minimal maintenance. The systems have versatile integrative electronic controls and are easily adaptive to factory automation. SPC reporting options are also available for tracking ratios and quantifying metered components.
