Inlet Fluid Sensor-LP MSS PN 100-SA-LS-087


		The Inlet Fluid Sensor MSS is mounted at each material component inlet port. The device senses whether or not fluid is present. When the sensor detects lack of fluid it will Alarm Fault and shut the dispensing system down. An Alarm Fault on the touch screen will indicate which fluid sensor was activated. The device is not a pressure sensor so it is ideal with pressure pot feed systems. The sensor and body components are 316 SS. It is rated to 600 psi inlet pressure.

Statistical Process Reporting – SPR

SPR data logs can be down loaded to a printer, memory flash card, PC, or Ethernet. Data can be classified by job ID, material batch numbers, and Time & Date. Production data can be logged by A/B/C materials dispensed, purged, solvent flushed, VOC calculations, and actual mix ratios.
