Seal life is a function of the kind of fluid processed, the duty cycle, and frequency of oil maintenance in the wet cups. Maintaining oil levels is important to prevent abrasive compounds and isocyanate catalyst from building up on the pump rods. Eventually the oil becomes saturated with the processed fluid and needs to be removed and replaced with fresh oil. The Vacuum Oil Extractor makes a messy and difficult job clean and easy to remove the old contaminated cup oil.
